During programmes Nelson Tasman Pasifika Community Trust will take photographs, which participants will have access to on request.

Some of these images (generally group shots) may appear in our printed publications or on our website

By participating on our programme you consent to us using your images under the following conditions;

• You cannot be personally identified within the image

• Individuals will not be named

If we do choose to use your image and you can be identified, we will ask for your permission first.

If the image is of a child, permission will be sought from the parent or caregiver.
